SERVICE RULES

PLEASE have your container out for pickup by 6:00am to guarantee pickup. We guarantee the day not the time.

PLEASE keep your toter safe from damage and theft. You are responsible for it and will be charged a replacement fee of $70.00.

WHEN CANCELLING SERVICE-Please call our office. You will be responsible for payment until we have picked up your toter. If we aren’t able to collect the toter on the 1st attempt, we will make a 2nd attempt, and if not collected you will be charged a trip fee of $30.00 plus $70.00 for the price of the toter. A $20.00 cleaning fee will be charged for all cancelled accounts that did not have service with us for a year or longer. We do not accept cancellation notices from a third party!

PLEASE KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT CURRENT. If you do not keep your account current, you will be assessed a late payment fee of $10.00 on the 25th of the month and your account will be placed on “Stop Service”. We will make every attempt to call you for payment but cannot guarantee this courteous, if your account is not paid by the 5th of the following month, your toter will be picked up and service ended. To reactivate your account, you will be required to pay the past due amount and the next two quarters up front. You will not receive your toter back until your account is paid on time without issues for the next year.

PLEASE if you are not on a County Maintained Road, it is your responsibility to keep your road safe and passable. This would include, but not limited to, keeping your road plowed, sanded when icy, and keeping your road passable from overgrown trees. We leave it to the driver to determine if Service can be performed safely. Safety is Paramount in everything that we do.
